During COVID-19, physical activity doesn't stop by staying indoors. The British Journal of Sports Medicine encourages families to keep safe but be active. The webpage includes indoor activity ideas for ages 5-18, yet fun for the whole family!

The website, GoNoodle includes a variety of activities and routines like guided dances, stretches, and workouts. These resources are featured through fact sheets, videos, and blog posts.
