As the upcoming election
approaches, it is important for every eligible voter to take part in shaping
the future of their community. Voting is one of the most powerful ways to make
your voice heard, and the first step begins with registration. Whether voting for the first time or updating your information, registering in New Jersey is quick and easy.
To get started, visit vote.gov/register/new-jersey. This official government website provides clear instructions on how to register online, by mail, or in person. To register online, you will need a valid New Jersey driver’s license or non-driver ID and your Social Security number. If you prefer to register by mail, you can print and complete the registration form from the site and send it to your county’s election office. Registration forms must reach your county's election office by the state's deadline before Election Day.
After registering, you can also find information about early voting, vote-by-mail options, and polling locations on the same site. Remember to check your registration status before heading to the polls to ensure everything is up to date.
By taking these simple steps, you help strengthen democracy and make sure yourt voice counts in New Jersey’s elections.

Starting tomorrow, early
voting locations are open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Mondays through
Saturdays, and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sundays until Nov. 2.
