Minimalism is a way of living that focuses on what’s truly important by removing unnecessary things. It’s about having less clutter, fewer distractions, and more space for what brings value—like relationships, experiences, and peace of mind. Instead of chasing more, minimalism helps people appreciate and make the most of what they already have.

Rare Disease Day
Rare Disease Day is February 28th this year!
Rare Disease Day, held every year on the last day of February, is an observance held to raise awareness about rare diseases and advocate for better research, treatment, and support for individuals living with these conditions.
The day highlights the challenges faced by people with rare diseases, including difficulties in obtaining diagnoses, limited treatment options, and the need for increased funding and policy changes. Events such as awareness campaigns, educational seminars, and fundraisers take place worldwide to promote understanding and encourage action. Since February 29 is the rarest day on the calendar, it was chosen as the official date, with the event falling on February 28 in non-leap years.
