Tips for Making Time Just for You Featuring In-Person Early Voting

We aim to be productive and highly accomplished in our day-to-day lives, often focusing on others without dedicating time to personal well-being. This puts us at risk of experiencing high stress, low self-esteem, and diminished productivity. Therefore, setting aside time for oneself isn't just helpful, it's necessary for a healthy and engaging life.

How To Make Time For Yourself

The definition of personal time varies greatly from person to person. For some, it involves exercise and meditation; for others, it might mean sitting quietly at home watching a movie or enjoying a new book. Regardless of how we choose to spend our personal time, the most important thing is to ensure we make time for these activities.

In-Person Early Voting

Disability Rights NJ wants every eligible registered voter to know there are options to cast a ballot. Early in-person voting starts May 29th and offers individuals with disabilities the ability to vote in-person at their convenience.

Voting is your right and your voice matters! The primary election offers voters the opportunity to select the candidates that will run in the November general election.

Every county designates a certain number of early voting sites, and any voter in the county can go to any county early voting site. Please note that your regular polling place may not be a county early voting location.
