Communication is a life skill but requires different tones and types. Assertiveness is an essential tool and tone to express calmly and collectedly while refusing to be pushed around or ignored.

Effective communication is crucial, yet it's easy to miss the mark. Passiveness can risk being ignored, while appearing aggressive can alienate others. Assertiveness strikes the right balance, conveying seriousness while respecting others' feelings.
