When it comes to eating, it's essential to pick the right kind of food to eat. Eating healthy and nutritious meals leads to longer lifespans, improved decision-making, and better moods. This week, we're looking at why nutrition matters and how you can start eating (and feeling) well.

If you want to start eating healthy, you don't need to do it alone. You can follow guides to help you along the way. Plenty of video guides on YouTube, such as this one from the channel Clean & Delicious. This video is a beginner's guide with tips for maintaining good nutrition, healthy eating habits, and knowing how to moderate your choice.



Nutrition isn't just crucial for a good state of mind or better mood and essential to your overall physical health. Because inadequate/incorrect nutrition can affect the public, the CDC has created a hub of resources about the right (and wrong) things to eat.  



Our final resource for this week is a collection of recipes under different categories, all from the nutrition.gov website. These recipes, ranging from kids' meals to affordable dishes to meals specifically for those with diabetes, are unique and delicious ways to start the path to better nutrition.
