Stress Management

Stress management is described as "the tools, strategies, or techniques that reduce stress and reduce the negative impacts stress has on your mental or physical well-being." High stress management is the same concept, but applied to scenarios that can cause a lot of stress all at once, like a breakup, moving away, or an intense argument with someone else. Let's talk about stress management, and the various ways to handle any kind of stress.

High and/or constant stress can wreak havoc on your emotional well-being, as well as your physical health. It narrows your ability to think clearly, function effectively, and enjoy life to the fullest. Stress can seem overwhelming at times, but there are helpful articles online, like this one from helpguide.org, that can show you how to break through and take control of stressful situations.




Stress, when unchecked, builds up over time, and it only stops once it's been addressed. To keep our stress at manageable levels, we can look to "stress busters", tips and advice meant to help you identify the cause of your stresses, hopefully to prevent them from reoccurring. These stress busters range from connecting with others, avoiding unhealthy habits, and challenging yourself.
