Avoiding School Stress

The start of a new school year brings new opportunities, friends, and more. However, it can also bring in new concerns and even stresses. Like any other kind of stress, school-related worries can be handled with a healthy mindset, proper planning, and maybe some help from friends and family.

School's returning, and some of us may be a bit uncomfortable heading back to class. On YouTube, we found a helpful short video, How to handle back-to-school stress, and anxiety, by the channel WSLS 10. In it, the psychologist details different stressors and ways to combat the stress you might encounter in school.

Back-to-School Stress Management

When handling stress, it doesn't need to be just you taking it, but your whole family can help! It's essential for parents and siblings to always look out for their family members and to look for signs that someone is feeling upset or worried. This blog post from the website bbrfoundation.org includes plenty of tips to help the entire family manage their stress levels effectively.
