The COVID-19 pandemic has impacted millions' physical, emotional, and mental health across the United States. It is undoubtedly, affecting the youth and young adults in our communities. 

The state of New Jersey responded by building a library of mental health resources with text and call helplines, wellness and mentoring organizations, and health tips and guidelines. Learn about these resources to look for ways to help cope with the mental health issues created by the pandemic and the accompanying stress.
