Recognizing and Managing Teen Stress

Youth and young adults often experience stressful events within a short period, commonly with no outlet available to relieve that stress. The Hampden District Attorney, a YouTube Channel, created a 20-minute video, Recognizing and Managing Teen Stress, which discusses causes and solutions for teen stress, and includes stories from teenagers experiencing different forms of stress from school, work, or home.
