El proyecto LEAD (siglas en inglés) introduce el cuidado personal como prioridad

El bienestar personal tiene que ver con uno mismo. Los invitados de Líderes facultados como defensores de la dignidad (LEAD, siglas en inglés) compartieron consejos sobre alimentación sana, reducción del estrés y diseño de un plan de autocuidado. 

Meditación

Empieza con una meditación de 5 minutos para desconectar de un día ajetreado y tomar el control de las emociones y el estrés de tu vida en este momento. Vea el vídeo aquí:

Plan de autocuidado

Mente, Cuerpo y Espíritu son tres partes integrantes del bienestar. Tome la iniciativa y tenga en cuenta lo que está haciendo actualmente o lo que podría hacer para mejorar su salud o la de sus seres queridos. Echa un vistazo a la plantilla: 

¿Qué es el estrés?

Para afrontar las tensiones de nuestra vida, debemos comprender qué formas adopta el estrés. El estrés está presente todos los días, pero puede ser perjudicial si se vuelve crónico, aumentando el riesgo de enfermedades como la depresión, las cardiopatías y otros problemas diversos.
