El poder de la gratitud

 

La gratitud parece innecesaria en un mundo moderno de gratificación instantánea. Sin embargo, no hay que subestimar el poder de la gratitud al notar momentos especiales como pasar tiempo con los amigos, contemplar una puesta de sol o disfrutar de un paseo por el parque. La gratitud convierte lo poco que tienes en abundancia y cambia tu perspectiva en un mundo de retos y necesidades.

Practicar el agradecimiento

La gratitud es una emoción social o una actitud que fortalece las relaciones. Cuando uno ayuda o está agradecido a otro, éste suele corresponder a su amabilidad. Tener una mente agradecida y desarrollar un marco de positividad te permite ver los retos como un regalo, una oportunidad para superar la adversidad.
